Return & Exchange
We offer return on our product within 2 days on receiving your order ,for all unused and unworn items. However, please note that the 2-day return does not apply to personalized jewellery, coins and utensils other than in cases of defective/spurious products.
• No returns or exchanges for products purchased of Rs.499 or below.
• The product can only be exchanged with any of our other products on the website
• In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts and silver coins.
• Our old silver jewellery can be exchanged for 40% of the Invoice value excluding the GST.
• If you believe that the packaging is tampered or damaged, before accepting delivery of good, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk +91- 9414255304 mentioning your invoice or order number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest .
